IHcConachy has made 17.213, including breaks of 391 and 630, while Newman, in play has made 17,343, including breaks of 636 and 306 (unfinished), McConachy regained the lead in the afternoon, totalling 1406 for the session, while Newman compiled only 222. The latter’s fine 636, however, helped to give him a small lead at tho end of the play.
