NADIR. KHAN’S BID BIG OFFENSIVE LAUNCHED [ Australian Press Assn. ] DELHI, Oct. 1. Fierce fighting i s raging in Afghanistan, where Nadir Khan, Amanullah’s former supporter, has started a big autumn offensive in an effort to wrest the throne from Habibullah, the rebel king. Afany tribes are rallying to the support of Nadir Khan, who is now fortyfive miles from the capital, Afohammcd Anin Khan, Amanullah’s half-brother, has arrived at Pesha’war on his way to join ex-King Amanullah in Italy. Ho confirmed the reports of the attack, and is confident of Nadir’s triumph.
