IMPROVED RELATIONS

BRITAIN AND RUSSIA CONCORD IS FORESHADOWED The second mission of the Soviet envoy to Britain has proved more successful than the first. The belief that relationships between Britain and Russia will be established satisfactorily and on a permanent basis is now expressed by the British Foreign Minister, Mr A, Henderson. i [ Australian Press Assn. ] Received Oct. 2, 10 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 2. Referring to the Russian agreement at a dinner at Brighton, Air Henderson, British Alinister for Foreign Affairs, said that •when Parliament met it would’ask for an exchange of Ambassadors and a commission would come to London, representative of the Russian people and Government. He said: “I believe that the ultimate result of the w r hole thing will be that the relationship of two great peoples will be established satisfactorily, I hope, and on a permanent basis.” CONVERSATIONS CONTINUE [ Australian Press Assn. ] LONDON, Oct. 1. The Hon. A. Henderson has announced an agreement with Af. Dovgalevsky for procedure on the resumption of diplomatic relations for a settlement of outstanding questions, as well as an agreement regarding propaganda.
