BIRCHWOOD HUNT CLUB ANNUAL MEETING HELD GREAT STEEPLECHASE FINISH [ Per Prees Association ] INVERCARGILL, Oct. 2. The annual meeting of the Birchwood Hunt Club was held to-day in beautiful weather. There was a good attendance and the track was in good order. Calibration fell in tho Gardner Memorial Steeplechase. He got to his feet, galloped about a furlong and then drop ped dead.
