MANIAC WITH REVOLVER THREE DEATHS RESULT [ Australian Press Assn. ] Received Oct. 1, 11.50 p.m PERTH, Oct. 1. Harry Hall, armed with a revolver, ran amok at Palmyra last night and killed his neighbour, Robert Banks. He then visited the home of the Hepburn family and shot Hepburn and his wife and daughter. He then roamed the district over-night and shot Harry Burton, a local milkman. Police surrounded his home but before Hall could be arrested he shot himself dead. Hepburn and his wife are in a critical condition. A later message states that Burton is now dead. It is understood Hall’s mind was affected by the delusion that his neighbours were robbing him.
