POST DECLINED
VICE-PRINCIPAL AUCKLAND TRAINING COLLEGE (Per Presi Association. I AUCKLAND, Aug. 22. Mr H. L. Elower, of Perth, West Australia, who was appointed viceprincipal of the Auckland Training College, cabled to-day declining the post and stating that he had been offered a better position in Perth. It is stated to be certain that the position will now be filled by a New Zealand applicant in accordance with the resolution passed by the Auckland Education Board.
