INDIAN BOMB OUTRAGES
INVESTIGATIONS BEING MADE [ Australian Pres. Xssn. 1 DELHI, April 16. The Lahore Criminal Investigation Department officers are carrying out investigations into the recent bomb outrages. They searched a secluded house in the city and found a bomb factory containing one filled and eight empty bombs. A. large quantity of chemicals and materials for bomb manufacture, revolvers, and ammunition. Three young Punjabis, occupants of the house, were arrested. Tire railway police arrested a man nt Bilaspur in the Central Provinces in possession of seven live bombs. In India last year there were 203 industrial disputes involving nearly 507,000 workers and a loss of 31,000,000 working days, the latter being greater than the total number of days lost in the five preceding years put” together. One hundred and eleven disputes occurred at the Bombay cotton mills.
