INVERCARGILL PRAISED NEW SOUTH WALES VISITOR (Per Preen Association., INVERCARGILL, April 17. Before leaving for Dunedin by the express to day the Hon. D. H. Drummond, Minister of Education for Now South Wales, paid a visit to the Borstal Institution. He made no secret of the fact that he was most favourably impressed with all that ho saw at the institution. la New South Wales, he said, there were no such institutions to deal with youths over 15 years of age. He was satisfied that the Invercargill institution was serving a very valuable purpose and was being developed on sound lines.
