ADMINISTRATOR’S VISIT CONFERS WITH PRIME MINISTER [ Per Press Association. J AUCKLAND, April 15. Colonel S. 8. Allen, Administrator of Samoa, arrived by the Tofua this afternoon and left for Wellingtson to-night by train to consult with the Prime Minister on Samoan affairs. Colonel Allen was met by Lord Waleran on behalf of the Governor-General, and by Air C. A. Berendsen, Secretary of the External Affairs Department, on behalf of the Government.
