CONDITIONS OF BEQUEST. [ Per P>--*.-- Association j CHRISTCHURCH, April 15. The Cancer Research Committee in Wellington, meeting last week, discussed the possibility of obtaining consi lerablc funds from the bequest of the late. Air AV. 11. Travis, xvho died in June, 1927. The trustees have been considering the matter and have come to tne conclusion that they are unable to use the funds for cancer at present, holding that under the conditions of the trust, they must first direct attention to consumption.
