MOVIE FANS ENTHUSE. Movie enthusiasts are introduced to a clever little actress who gives pro mise of being heard from in the future, in “The Little Shepherd of Kingdom Come,” in which Richard Barthcbucss will be starred at the New Grand Theatre next week. This little lady is Doris Dawson, who was recently signed to a long-term contract by First National Pictures, after ,=he had spent some time in comedies in Bollywood. Miss Dawson plays the Southern I die in “The Little Shepherd of Kingdom Come,’’ and does it so well she was suspected of rcal’y being a Southerner. The truth is that ivVss Dawson is a native of Goldfield, Neva la, but vas educated in Virginia and is, therefore, no stranger to Southern ways. In the hoopskirts of the Civil War era, she is as charming and as the most ardent Southerner could ask.
