The Prime Minister will open his election campangn at Christchurch next Wednesday, speaking in the new MuniCipal Concert Hall. UNITED PARTY SIR JOSEPH WARD SPEAKS. [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Oct. 11. Sir Joseph Ward, .cader of the United Party will open the campaign on behalf of the Party at the *Auckla .d Town Hall on Tuesday night.
