ERRORS IN CHARTS
SEARCH TO BE MADE FOR [ Per Press Association J DANNEVIRKE, Sept. 15. With regard to tho charting errors relating to tho Three Kings a reporter interviewed the widow of Mr J. Robertson, who said that she did not possess her 1 ite husband's maps, but recollected him frequently referring to the error in the charted position of the South Island. The surveyor, who bought Air Robertson’s business, could not lay his hands on the old maps of deceased at the moment. It would involve a long search, and he was doubtful as to the suppose/! error in the Admiralty charts rela' ng to the southern coast of the South Island, but promised to look into the position.
