[ Australian ‘Press Assn. ) Received Sept. 14, 9 p.m. NEW YORK, l4 A message from San Juan (Porto Rico) states that 2,000,000 dollars’ worth of damage was done by a tropical hurricane. ' The city ib in darkness, and is isolated from tine rest of the island. Transportation has stopped. The extent of personal injuries and loss of life is not known.
