CHARGE OF RECEIVING HOTELKEEPER FINED. [ Per Press A*soclat!_n. 1 INVERCARGILL, June 24. William Nathan Hogg, proprietor of, the Golden Age Hotel at Bluff, was charged in the Bluff Police Court on Saturday with receiving four drums of varnish and two drums of enamel, the property of the Commonwealth and Dominion Shipping Line, from the liner Port Sydney, knowing them to have been dishonestly obtained. He was convicted and fined £3, in default one month’s imprisonment. Accused applied for the right to appeal, but later withdrew the application.
