WAIHI DIVORCE CASE JUDGE COMMENDS PRESS f Per Press AesociatT-n. 1 AUCKLAND, June 7. Tho husband’s petition in the Waihi divorce case was dismissed with costs on tho highest scale. Judge Blair paid a tribute to the Press’s handling of certain aspects. Henry Harley, contractor, of Waihi (Air Bchramm) petitioned for a decree nisi against Alary Harley (Mr Osburnc Lilly) on the ground of misconduct with Roderick Willoughby GoreEdwards, described as a s desman, who was cited as co-respondent.
