BUSINESS MEN ALERT LEAP YEAR RESPONSIBILITIES “Are you married?” was the brusque question put by an eager woman lo a Wanganui business man in his shop the other day. The business man, instantly remembering that 1928 is Leap Year, was immediately on the alert and gave a guaidcd answer. Further conversation revealed that the visitor actually wanted to know if he were to be a prospective single or married member of a local golf club. The business man’s caution was unnecessary.
