LETTERS TO WOMEN WIDOWER PUNISHED 1 Per Press Association. ] AUCKLAND, April 20. Frank Joseph Brand appeared to answer three charges of posting indecent documents to young ladies. The chief detective said that the letters were the most disgusting conglomeration of filth he had ever seen.
