DANGER OF FLOODS ANXIETY IN VICTORIA (A. & N.Z.) MELBOURNE, March 29. Heavy rains in the Gippsla d urea resulted in rapid rises of the rivci levels and already much low-lying ground is inundated and serious floods are feared if the rains continue, as the conditions indicate.
