INTOXICATED MOTORIST

A STIFF PENALTY LICENSE SUSPENDED At the Alagistrate ‘s Court yesterday before Air J. S. Barton, S.AL, Frederick John \ icks was charged wrth driving a car while in a state of intoxication. He pleaded guilty. Sergeant Sivycr said, that a constable had noticed accused proceeding along Ridgway Street and had followed and found him to be in a state of intoxication. This happened on Afarc.h

\ icks said, he was a farm manager but was not a habitual drinker. He asked if the Alagistrate could impose a fine and not cancel his license.
