THE HOWARD LEAGUE CONFERENCE IN SESSION. [ Per Tress Association. 1 WELLINGTON, Alarch 29. A, conference of branches of the Howard League decided to form a New Zealand League and affiliate with the English League. A central executive was appointed as follows: —Patron, Lady Alice Fergusson; president. Sir John Findlay; vice-presidents, Archbishop O’Shea, Aliss Jean Begg, Air J. Afason, ALP., Aliss B. E. Baughan; hon. secretary, Alias Baughan; lion, treasurer, Air Stratford; committee, Rev. Jasper Calder, Air F. Moreton, and Aliss Hawlev.
