SOVIET ENVOY KILLED TERRIBLE DEED IN CRIMEAN VILLAGE Received March 27, 11 p.m. (The Tinies) LONDON, Alarch 27. The Aloscow correspondent of the Tinies reports that infuriated peasants in the Crimean village of Filarionovka beheaded Af. Prikhodkot, whom the Soviet had sent to report on the peasants’ delinquencies. They split his head in quarters, which were scattered.
