OVER A BANK
RUNAWAY CAR MAN KILLED IN FALL [ Per Press Association. ] PALMERSTON N., March 25. A motor fatality occurred about three miles from Palmerston North on the Aokautere Road on Saturday afterwon when a well known resident, Mr A. C. Butzbach was killed when his car ran backwards over a steep bank. The car, which was driven by Mrs Butzbach, stalled on a hill and the occupants got out to make au examination. Mr Butzbach re-entered th? car, when it commenced to slip backwards down the hill and ran over a staep bank. Death was instantaneous.
Deceased was a married- man aged 46 years.
