CABINET RESIGNS SPLIT OVER MILITARY SERVICE. (A.P.A.-Snn) BRUSSELS, Nov. 21. Cabinet has resigned. Ministers disagreeing rearding the Socialist demand for a reduction of the term of military service from ten months to six months. It is expected that M. Jasper will reconstitute Cabinet, eliminating the Socialists.
