A SAD FATALITY
SMALL BOY’S END STRUCK BY PISTON-ROD. [ Per Press Association. ] GISBORNE, Nov .14. A five-ycar-old Maori boy, named John Rewi Brown, was found dead in a shearing shed at Whatatutu. The child had been running around, and was last seen talking to his mother. Later the child was found with its neck broken alongside the engine, having apparently been struck by the piston-rod.
