GAS APPLIANCES
WANGANUI SALES FIGUBES WELL MAINTAINED Following are the figures for the sales of gas appliances by the City Gas Department for the present year up to September 30, also the figures for the corresponding period of last year. In spite of the general slackness of things sales of appliances have been well maintained, which is all the more creditable when one takes into consideration the lack of virgin territory, the Department had to work on against last year when Castlecliff was taken within the range of supply.
