GENERAL NEWS The death occurred at Wanganui on Saturday of Mis Emily Gibbs, aged 87, relict of Mr Isaac Gibos, who formerly lived; in Marton. The annual dinner of the Marton Football Club will be held to-morrow evening. The Marton Municipal Band rendered an open-air concert in the Marton Park on Sunday afternoon and although there was a small attendance the band gave a splendid exhibition.
