Mr Justice Stringer and two assessors announced their a wan! in the litigation between the Royal Motor Bus Company and the Auckland City Council. as to the amount to be made for taking over the concern. The company is awarded £21,275, in effect splitting the difference between th* 1 " amount offered and claimed. The company is also allowed costs, £250. witnesses’ expenses, and fees of two assessors. £5O each.
