ANOTHER MAN’S CAR
DOUBLE PUNISHMENT. [Per Press Association.] NAPIER, May 16. After spending three months in Napier Hospital, the result of injuries received when the car he had appropriated capsized, Robert John May was arrested and charged with the offence yesterday. The Magistrate said that ho would take into consideration the fact that accused had been in hospital for so long, and inflicted one month’s hard labour. Another man, who was with accused at the time, has so far avoided arrest.
