DEATH IN TRANCE
A BRITISH EXILE RESULT OF POLICE CHARGES Received May 15, 6 pjn. (A. & N.Z.) LONDON, May 14. The Earl of Malmsbury has announced that his twin brother, Alexander Charles Harris, aged 54, died in France in tragic circumstances. Harris failed to surrender to his bail to answer the serious allegations in a London Police Court and a warrant was issued for him, but the extradition laws did not apply to the offence with which he was charged.
