THE EX-KAISER
RETURN TO GERMANY BARRED PROLONGATION OF ORIGINAL ACT (A. & N.Z.) BERLIN, May 14. The nationalists have agreed to the prolongation for two years of the law for tho protection of the Republic, urudjer which the ex-Kaiser’s return is prevented. The Government is accordingly submitting a Bill to Parliament.
