ALLEGED BREACHES CASES AT TAUMARUNUL [Per Press Association.] TAUMARUNUI, April 30. At tho Police Court to-day, William James Blackman was charged with keeping liquor for sale in a proclaimed no-license area. Mr. A. E. Seaton appeared for accused who elected that the case should go before a jury, and after the evidence of some ten witnesses had been taken, accused was committed 1a the Hamilton Supreme Court on June 9 for trial, bail being allowed. David Finlay, carrier, who was charged with aiding Blackman in the commission of the alleged offence was fined £5 Is and costs £l4 10s Bd. Security for appeal was fixed at £l5 15s.
