WELLINGTON SALES HALF A MILLION BALES [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 29. i During the past season, from November 15, 1926, to April 1, 1927, 506,729 bales of' wool were offered here, and 1491,582 were sold, realising £8,914,382 16s Bd. The average price per bale was £lB 2s 9.06 d, and the average price per lb ,12.7060.
