BRAZIL AND ARGENTINA MAY REJOIN LEAGUE OF NATIONS. PARIS, April 26. It is understood in Paris that Argentina will rejoin the League of Nations lat the September meeting of the Assembly. Various negotiations in this direction have been taking place, and in May the Argentine Government will ask Parliament to take the requisite action to permit the sending of a full delegation to Geneva. There ar e also reports that the Brazilian Government is considering rescinding its withdrawal of last year over the dispute attending the entrance of Germany.
