AUTO PARTY ROBBED EXPRESSES REGRET AND TIES HIS HAT TO WOMEN. NEW YORK, April 26. A polite, well-dressed robber held, up the automobile party of Frederick A. Kemp, a wealthy contractor at St. Louis, last night, took jewellery worth 1550 dollars and cash, tipped his hat to the women and later returned Kamp’s ignition keys by the driver of a taxicab in which the robber escaped. “I’m very sorry, 77 the robber told his victims, “but this is tho way I make my Living. I hope you will pardon me and I hope you won’t make anv trouble.’ 7
