COMMUNIST’S ARGUMENT STOLEN REPORTS LONDON, April 26. The Paris journal Humanito reports the Paris correspondent of The Times, publishes an open letter from M. Creinet, who is wanted in connection with the charges against Communists of plotting to reveal State secrets to the Soviet, and who is still in hiding, maintaining that the allegations were trumped up for the purpose of discrediting Communists among the workers. The authorities, replying, declare that there is ample evidence to prove that Cremet and the arrested mon instigated the theft of a secret report upon aircraft armament, and circulated questionnaires relating to new types of tanks and seaplanes.
