AN IMPECUNIOUS PEER
BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDINGS CASE OF LORD TERRINGTON LONDON, March 4. When the case of Lord Terrington was mentioned in the bankruptcy court his counsel ridiculed the reports of his disappearance from Monte Carro. The Official Receiver said that anditional medical evidence affirmed that bankrupt was in a fit state to travel. The case was adjourned pending his arrival in England, after which prolonged investigations will be necessary.
