AH OFFICER’S HONOUR ALLEGED SPY WINS LIBEL CASE. Received Mlarch 7,2 a.m. PRAGUE, March 6. General Gajda, who was degraded and deprived of military rank following upon a charge of spying for the Soviet, won a libel action against Colonel Kratochvil. Gajda contended that if incrimintating documents we're in existeice they were forgeries, and took action against Kratochvil as the instigator of the campaign against him. The Court vindicated Gajdla and sentenced Kratochvil to six weeks’ imprisonment with a fine of 6000 crowns.
A crowd of Fascists cheered Gajda as he left the Court.
