STEAMER DAMAGED
LEAKING BADLY MISHAP IN ENGLISH CHANNEL LONDON, March 4. The steamer Bar-rdale, bound from Port Pirie for Bristol, while in the Channel struck a submerged object on March 2. She is leaking in the afterpeak, engine room, and starboard bilge.
