SIXTY PER CENT RISE INCREASE SINCE BEFORE THE WAR [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, March 4. According to the Government Statisticians’ Abstract of Statistics it now takes 32s 34d on the average to purchase what 20s would purchese in July, 1914, a rise of over 60 per cent.
