LACK OF ENTHUSIASM AUSTRALIAN UNIONS’ OPPOSITION Received Feb. 17, 1 a.m. SYDNEY, Fob. 16. Dr. Ingram, Bishop of London, arrived in Sydney to-day. Discussing migration, he said he finds he has been flogging a dead horse, and added that there was no enthusiasm over immigration while the unions were against it.
