Dominions) replying to Viscount Sandon on the desirableness of developing a system of personal contact between Loqdon and the Dominions, said in the House of Commons to-day that this was affirmed at tho Imperial Conference, but it was a matter for discussion with the Governments concerned. To some extent negotiations had been in progress.
