UNWANTED HONOURS
FEELING IN CANADA NO OPINION EXPRESSED BY BAR. MOTION BEFORE PARLIAMENT. Received September 5, 5.5 p.m. ST. JOHN (New Brunswick) Sept. 3. The final business session of the Convention of the Canadian Bar Association to-day declined to take action on the proposed resolution before the Dominion Parliament requesting His Majesty the King to confer no more titles or like honours on Canadian citizens.
