ELECTORAL ENROLMENT MAN AND WIFE CHARGED WARNING TO DILATORY CITIZENS. [Per Press Association.) HAMILTON, Feb. 3. The first prosecution in tho Dominion under the Legislature Amendment Act, 1924, whereby the registration of those qualified to vote is made compulsory, was heard at Hamilton to-day, when Selby Robson and his wife, Lydia Robson, wore charged with failing to make application for enrolment. Tho ease was brought as a worning. The Court convicted tho defendants and ordered them to pay 7s costs.
