NEW SESSION
MOTHER OF PARLIAMENTS PREPARATIONS FOR OPENING ROYAL MOURNING WILL CLOUD CEREMONY Received Feb. 2, 8.10 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 2. King George and Queen Mlary arrived at Buckingham Palace from Sandringham for to-day’s opening of Parliament. They are still in deep mourning. The ceremony will be in sombre tones owing to Queen Alexandra’s death. It is uncertain if the Prince of Wales will be present owing to the difficulty he experiences in donning uniform after his injury. According to custom, the whole of the Cabinet Hast night hoard the King’s Speech secretly. Official receptions followed for most of the notables at Londonderry House.
