MB. COATES’ “LITTLE COBBEB.” (Special to “Chronicle.”) WELLINGTON, Nov. 5. “Air O’Carroll,” aged .11, who became. famous during the Prime Alinister’s visit to Christchurch last month, was among the first to get in with his congratulations on the result of the elections. “Very best wishes,” he wired. “Glad you arc Prime Alinister for keeps. Knew you would win.” The Prime Alinister’s reply ran: “Alany thanks for your kind message. It was very good of you to think of me. You were quite right about winning. Best of luck to you.”
