DUNEDIN SESSIONS [Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, Nov. 3. At the Supreme Court, Baden Powell Welsh, charged with obtaining £6 by means of a forged telegram, was found not guilty. William Anderson, found guilty of indecent assault on a child five and a-half years old, was found guilty with a strong recommendation to mercy as the jury considered the act more foolish than dono with criminal intent. Sentence was deferred till Thursday.
