ARBITRATION COURT’S INTENTIONS. [Per Press Association.? CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 3. Before commencing the business of the Arbitration Court this morning, Mr Justice Frazer said that it would be necessary to split the schedule. The court w'ould sit till Friday of this week, and then for various reasons (Laughter) there would be a break of a week and the court would resume its sittings here on Tuesday, November 17, for a further week. Mr W. Scott, employers’ representative, jocularlv suggested to his Honour that he had ‘better advertise the fact that he would not be here next week. His Honour—“That goes without saying. I shall be here.’’ ((Laughter).
