THE WINTER CAMPAIGN. DISPOSITION OF TROOPS. PARIS, Oct. 30. “Lo Temps’ ” correspondent in Fez says that the French troops are distributed for the winter as follows: One and a half divisions in the western sector, two in the centre, two in the eastern sector, and one in reserve. It is expected that the majority of the fifteen battalions of European troops, with numerous batteries of artillery, will be placed at the disposal of the home authorities.
