MANDATED TERRITORIES
EX-ENEMY PROPERTIES. INFORMATION TO BE OBTAINED. Received Nov. 1, 11.5 p.m. GENEVA, Oct. 31. The concluding session of the Mandates Commission decided to adopt Sir Edward Lugard’s proposal to forward requests to the various mandatories for information concerning the existing situation of ex-enemy properties in mandated territories, and for observations regarding petitions and protests relating to the administration of certain territories, notably Syria.
